To cut or not to cut?

I am contemplating getting my hair cut. I was going to to grow it out so I could have cut braids in Vancouver in February. But, I tried it out a couple of weeks ago and decided it wasn't that cute after all. So....... What to do, what to do? In March, I had it cut so I wouldn't be able to tuck the bangs behind my ear. Apparently, the hair dresser thought I said, I want to be able to tuck it behind my ear by next week. And now with the whole Birthday Fairy gift, I have to decide what I want to do. At the same time, Bobber thinks Alex needs to cut her hair. She isn't able to take care of it like she should and with all the curls, it gets knotted very quickly. I've been talking to her about donating it to Locks of Love. She said she will decide by Saturday. I don't think she will cut off the 12". And, I can totally relate to not wanting short hair as a child.... We'll have to wait and see.
Back to my hair, thoughts?
Alex's hair...... Stay posted......

Sleepless in Eau Claire

I should be tired. And, yet I don't know why I can't fall asleep. It's probably because I didn't fall asleep on the couch at 9 tonight. lol
So, in lue of sleep, I thought I would update by way past due blog.

My mom and I are having a thrift sale this Thursday-Saturday. I'm not quite sure where she expects me to put everything. And, yet she keeps sending Dad over with more stuff. Ugh. It has taken over my garage and must all go. Fortunately, my Dad is taking several boxes tomorrow to Savers or Goodwill to donate. What Mom doesn't know......
Thursday Cosport is also opening up more individual tickets to be for sale for the 2010 Olympics. If you read our adventure in February, you can only imagine how excited I am to take another stab at getting tickets. Hee hee hee.
Now going back......
Last week was our Community Appreciation Day at the bank. For the most part, I don't like to blog about my job. But, I have to brag about my staff. They are amazing. Our theme for the CAD was Springtime in Paris. The office was decorated with (all hand made) awnings, artwork, wine cellar,a mural and a 10' Eiffel tower. We also had borrowed bistro tables from Menards and some beautiful hanging baskets from Out to Laurie's. We turned our seating area into a cafe and served cheese, crossants, french bread, fruit, eclairs and cream puffs. We even had customers asking to have their picture taken with the Eiffel tower. I will have to post pictures. Although they really don't do it justice. The event in a nut shell is like planning a wedding - cordinating outfits, food, flowers, music, gifts (although giving, not receiving) and sending out 188 invitations. Whew, it makes me tired. We have decided our next CAD will not be until Fall of 2010 so, we have plenty of time to think up another original idea. :)
Hmm.... What else? I don't really know right now. So many things have been happening and yet, I can't think of anything else to write right now. Maybe tomorrow something will come to me.
Sweet dreams!!!!
