She really gets into her singing. I love to see that.

The piece we made for April, who couldn't join us. And, yes, I was supposed to be puckered up also but forgot for the second picture. So, good thing I'm cute. lol

Trick or Treat, Smell my feet!

Apparently, I forgot to post the Halloween pictures. Here's our little tick or treat group all ready to go.

Mikayla as a purple fairy princess
Alex as Penny from Bolt

November

Oh, what a busy month it has been!!!
I can't even believe it's the 20Th already. Where has the time gone?
Much of my time this month has been involving the Girl Scouts as we had 3 meetings after work, this week alone. Good thing those girls are so darn adorable!
We've also been dealing with issues at school. Progress Alex had made last year, has disappeared while dealing with the class bully. We're taking it one day at a time, and this last week was mostly good.
Academically, she has been doing very well. I had been very concerned that she was behind in learning her math facts but, at conferences, her teacher said she was where she was supposed to be. I am constantly amazed at how she is able to retain things when we are studying. I wish I could do that. :)
This past weekend, I finished my Summer 2010 trip scrapbook and started working on the Christmas cards. I haven't been crafty in a while so it was a relaxing day.
And, this weekend, I'm sitting at Amy's house for Girl's Weekend. Last night, Mikki and I arrived shortly after 5. Because we were first, we are parked in the garage. lol Sara arrived about an hour later. Amy made us a wonderful lasagna dinner and of course we had been snacks (mostly dips - we do like our dips!) and drinks. Today we are going to LaCrosse to paint some pottery and Lord knows what else.
Until next time..........
